What is Paytronix Academy?
Paytronix (PX) Academy is your home for Paytronix product training. It helps you get more out of the tools you already use ā learn a feature in short videos or full courses, then put it to work the same day. Everything is on-demand, so you can build your skills at your own pace.
Where can I find it?
Paytronix Academy can be found inside the Evo Learning product. Please watch this video or follow the steps below it so you can access Paytronix Academy and find the courses and resources you need.
Steps:
Log in to Paytronix.
āIn the top left, click Access
:
Click Products, and then Learning:
Paytronix Academy opens.
How do I find a specific course?
Once Paytronix Academy is open, you can browse or search for courses, videos, and other resources.
āTo find a specific course, use Finder:
Type a keyword or topic into the search field that pops up.
āYour search results appear as cards. Each card shows the course name and its type, such as Course or eLearning.
āClick a card to expand it.
5. Click Start to begin the course, or View to see more details first.

Having issues?
If you're having trouble accessing Learning or viewing your courses, there are a couple of common reasons this can happen. The sections below explain whatās going on and who to contact for help.
"I cannot access Evo"
In order to access any Evo Learning products, you will need to have completed your migration to Evo. The sooner you move to Evo, the sooner you can take advantage of all the new things coming out.

"Learning" is missing from My Products
If you can't see the Learning option after clicking the Access button, it's likely that you don't have the right role assigned to you in Access Evo. To get set up, reach out to your Evo Administrator, who can assign the right roles.
š¤ Tip: Your Evo Administrator is someone within your organization who has admin rights. If you don't know who this is, try reaching out to your manager, HR, or IT team.
Courses are missing

If some content isnāt visible in Learning, it may be because it's only available for purchase or is part of a product you are not subscribed to.
