Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an optional security feature that your IT administrator can enable for your account to add an extra layer of protection.
If 2FA is enabled for your account:
You'll be prompted to set up 2FA during your first login.
Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your preferred 2FA method.
Complete the verification process.
Save your backup codes in a secure location.
If you need assistance with 2FA setup or encounter issues, contact your IT administrator.
For detailed guidance on two-factor authentication, refer to the Two-Factor Authentication article.
Security policies
Your IT administrator can create custom security policies for your organization that control:
Password complexity requirements
Session timeout settings
Authentication methods
Access restrictions
Federation with enterprise identity providers
These policies are applied automatically to your account and don't require any action from individual users.
For information on security policies, see the Configure Security Policies article.
Federation services
If your organization uses enterprise identity providers, your IT administrator can configure Access Identity to integrate with systems such as:
Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
Other OpenID Connect-compatible systems
Federation setup is handled entirely by your IT administrator. Once configured, you can use your existing corporate credentials to access Paytronix products through Access Identity.
For federation setup guidance, refer to the Federation Configuration article.
