To access these resources you will need to have access to the Paytronix Client Portal (https://www.pxsweb.com/merchant/home.srv ). If needed, please work with the person on your team who is the Paytronix Admin to create a user for you.

Paytronix New User Onboarding
The Paytronix Onboarding Program is a training guide that you can move through at your own pace. It is designed to cover your first 2 months, with suggested topics and activities to complete weekly to support your understanding of the product.

Paytronix Client Academy contains short, video courses to get you up to speed on Paytronix. We suggest starting with the ‘Get Started with Paytronix’ course, a compilation of modules that introduces you to Support and using the Help Center. The PX Connect Webinar mentioned earlier also provides a thorough guide on navigating Paytronix Client Academy.
