Feature Dashboard on the App General Settings Page

Merchants can now view and manage which features are enabled directly from the App General Settings page, without needing to visit a separate features page. Enabling or disabling Apple Pay or Google Pay from the dashboard now correctly updates payment acceptance across all of that merchant's locations.

Additive Lead Timing Settings Now Grouped and Hidden When Disabled

On the Timing settings screens, Additive Lead Timing configuration is now grouped together and hidden entirely when the feature is turned off, so the page no longer shows settings that have no effect.

Faster Save for App Integrations

The Integrations page's "Save All" action now saves changes across multiple locations in a single batch instead of one request per location, making saves significantly faster and more reliable for multi-location merchants.

Cross-Sell Auto Mode Now Working as Expected

Merchants using automatic cross-sell recommendations will now correctly receive cross-sell suggestions during ordering. Turning cross-sell off also now saves reliably.

DoorDash Menu Pulls

Fixed an issue where DoorDash menu pull requests were being rejected due to a header formatting mismatch.

Evo Workspace Sign-In

Fixed an issue where signing in to Online Ordering from a fresh Access Evo workspace tab could fail to complete.

Evo Workspace Launch Error

Fixed an issue where launching Online Ordering from the Access Evo workspace could occasionally land on a "Forbidden" page.

Stripe Link checkout with PXPay

Guests checking out through PXPay can now pay using Stripe Link's saved-card experience, in addition to the existing card checkout. Available to eligible PXPay merchants.

Gift card auto-apply toggle

Merchants can now turn off automatic application of a guest's gift card balance at checkout, letting guests choose to apply it manually instead. Available via a new toggle in Loyalty Settings.

Updated locations page experience

The legacy locations page now redirects guests to the modern locations and menu experience, matching the rest of the guest-facing site.

Account links added to admin sidebar

Account-related links such as White Label, Integrations, and Profile are now also available in the left sidebar on the updated admin layout, in addition to the top navigation bar.

Access Evo integration improvements

Several improvements to the Access Evo native-tab integration keep user access, roles, and sessions better in sync between Access and Online Ordering, for merchants using this integration.

Settings validation no longer gets stuck

Fixed an issue where a settings validation task could appear to run indefinitely, blocking publishing.

Improved handling of certain POS orders

Fixed an issue where some Micros Simphony orders were rejected and retried unnecessarily; affected orders now alert store staff to enter them manually.

More reliable menu translations

Fixed an issue where menu text containing numbers with decimals could cause entire batches of AI-generated translations to be discarded.

Corrected reward-dollar redemption

Fixed an issue where reward-dollar rewards from different loyalty wallets could incorrectly combine, potentially overstating the redeemable amount.

Fixed POS credential saving issue

Fixed an issue where certain POS API credentials could become corrupted when saved.

New menu validation for option groups

Added validation to catch menu items with required option groups that have no usable options, helping prevent order failures at the POS. Rolling out gradually.

UX Refinements to the Left-Hand Navigation (EVO)

Made several refinements to the left-hand navigation to improve clarity and consistency. Fixed Favorite Page

Broken UI Pop-Up (EVO)

Resolved an issue where a UI pop-up on the Favorite Page displayed incorrectly.

Fixed Tab Logout / Login First-Attempt Failure (EVO)

Resolved an issue where the first login attempt after logout would fail. Users are now logged in successfully on the first attempt.

Fixed Email Builder "From" Address Dropdown Clipping

Resolved an issue where the "From" email address dropdown in the Email Builder was clipped by the surrounding accordion.

Fixed Intermittent Rate-Limit Errors on Transaction Processing

Resolved an issue causing intermittent rate-limit (429) errors on a merchant's transaction feed, which could interrupt transaction processing..

Holiday Hours Not Applied to Ordering Availability

Fixed an issue where holiday hours set in Enterprise Settings were not applied to online ordering availability.

ASAP Order Availability Checks

Item and category availability is now checked against when an ASAP order will actually be ready, preventing orders that include items unavailable at fulfilment time (rolling out per store).

DoorDash Alcohol and Tobacco Addendum Save Issue

Fixed an issue on the DoorDash configuration page that prevented the alcohol and tobacco addendum from being saved.
