Granular Reward Expiration
Merchants can now define reward and pull expiration using flexible time units â days, weeks, or months â or by setting an absolute date, rather than relying on a single fixed rule. This gives marketers a faster, more precise way to control how long rewards issued during a campaign remain valid, and makes it easier to wrap up campaigns on schedule.
Visit Challenge Layered Program
Introduces Visit Challenge as a new self-contained layered loyalty program, complete with its own create/edit flow, review step, and challenge detail and summary views. Merchants can now build visit-based challenges alongside their existing loyalty programs, with built-in date validation and helper suggestions for common challenge lengths.
Inline Editing for Reward Rung Rows
Earning rates, points thresholds, and reward rung rows can now be added and edited directly inline, without opening a separate dialog. Enter saves a row and Escape cancels it, making adjustments to reward tiers faster for anyone managing loyalty programs.
Increased Reward Description Length
The maximum length for a reward description has been raised to 1,500 characters, giving merchants more room to fully describe rewards without hitting a truncation limit.
Updates & Fixes

Evo Menu Endpoint Permission Validation
The Evo menu endpoint previously checked permissions using a user's own merchant ID, which could incorrectly grant or deny access for users tied to multiple merchants, including Paytronix staff and multi-merchant accounts. The endpoint now validates access using the organization ID from the bearer token, ensuring permissions are checked against the correct target merchant.
Points Program Recognition No Longer Requires a Web Sale Program
Loyalty points programs are now recognized as active based on their card template configuration alone, rather than requiring a linked Web Sale Program. This corrects cases where valid points programs with properly configured rules and wallets were not being recognized because no Web Sale Program existed.
Visit Challenge Menu Item Conflict
Fixed an issue where attaching a menu item to a Visit Challenge failed with a system error if that item's code already existed as a product elsewhere. Visit Challenges can now be configured with these menu items without triggering an error.
Omni Analytics Embed Reliability at High Volume
Fixed an issue where the Omni Analytics embed failed in production under high traffic because it was performing a per-request SCIM group scan, overloading the Omni service. Requests are now handled more efficiently, restoring reliable access to embedded analytics during peak volume.
Split Test Campaign Expiration Date Display
Fixed an issue on the Campaign Details page where split test campaigns showed an incorrect pull expiration date, or no expiration date at all. The correct expiration date now displays consistently for split test campaigns.
Loyalty Reward Redemption Detail Report Missing Data
Fixed an issue where the Loyalty Reward Redemption Detail Report was missing data for some merchants. The report now reflects complete redemption data.
Auto-Conversion Reset Point Clarity
Updated the messaging and display around point auto-conversion so it's clear exactly when a balance resets. This removes prior confusion for merchants about how and when accrual resets during conversion.
Visit Challenge Load Failure Handling
Visit Challenge and menu item load failures now surface a clear error state instead of silently falling through to an empty create form, which previously risked accidental data loss.
Visit Challenge Edit Modal Prefill Fix
Fixed the Visit Challenge edit modal so existing challenge values now prefill correctly, the status badge reflects the actual challenge state, and the view refreshes after save to avoid showing stale data.

Single Sign-On for Guest Website (NextGen App)
Guests can now seamlessly access the guest website directly from the mobile app without logging in again. This update enables single sign-on (SSO) for the myguestaccount domain, making it faster and easier for guests to view physical cards, check account balances, and manage multiple subscriptionsâall in one smooth, uninterrupted experience.
Clearer Face ID Login Expired Messaging (NextGen App)
Guests using Face ID will now see a clear, friendly message when their login has expired, instead of a confusing technical alert. This update makes it easy to understand what happened and how to fix it, guiding guests to reset Face ID in Security Settings so they can get back into the app quickly.
Choose Any Store as Your Favorite During Sign-Up (NextGen App)
Guests signing up can now select any store as their favorite, no longer limited to locations near them. This makes onboarding more flexible for guests signing up while traveling or outside their usual area, ensuring they can always choose the store they actually prefer.

Updated Page Designs
Refreshed the look and feel of several key screens â Account Lookup, Campaign Message Templates, Coupon Manager, Email Builder Center, Report Center, and Social Login Configuration â for a more consistent, modern experience.
New Omni Analytics Link in Recent Pages
The recent pages analytics link now points to the new Omni URL instead of the legacy one. This update also cleans up duplicate old-URL entries, removes outdated "Omni" wording from titles and strings, and ensures the analytics page is properly tracked in a user's recent pages when selected.
Fixed Expired Password Links in Welcome Emails
New Evo users were sometimes receiving welcome emails with password-setup links that had already expired by the time they clicked them. The link is now generated only at the moment the user clicks it, so it will always be valid.
Batching for Large Campaign Account Updates
Campaign execution now updates account records in batches of up to 1,000 rows at a time. This improves reliability and performance for very large campaigns that previously risked timeouts during the account update step.
More Resilient Evo Webhook Delivery
Evo webhook delivery is now more resilient across server instances, with duplicate deliveries filtered out and cleaner handling of timeouts and claim releases. The wait timeout was also increased so webhooks are less likely to be dropped or processed twice.
