Analytics Dashboard Upgrade to Omni
Your analytics dashboards have been upgraded from Looker to Omni, giving you a more powerful and up-to-date view of your business performance. Omni covers all the same reporting areas you are used to, including sales, feedback, discounts, guest insights, menu performance, and order sources. Log in to your admin panel and navigate to your reports as normal to see the updated experience.
Delivery Address Banning
You can now ban specific delivery addresses from placing orders, giving you greater control over fraudulent or problem orders. Address bans can be applied at the individual restaurant level or across your entire group, and work alongside your existing ban workflows including single-order bans, ban-all actions, the bans report page, and ban logs.

Delivery Prep Time Calculation for Third-Party Delivery
Prep times sent to Toast POS for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Skip orders now correctly reflect kitchen preparation time only, and no longer include delivery transit time.
Item Lead Times on Closed Days
Items with extended lead times now correctly skip over days when the restaurant is closed, preventing customers from being offered pickup times that are not actually available.
Refund Permission Enforcement
Users without refund permissions can no longer process refunds by bypassing the usual controls. Permissions are now enforced consistently across all refund endpoints.
Security Key Exposure on Reward Page
A security key that was inadvertently included in a public-facing reward registration page has been removed. All requests are now handled securely on the server side.
Revel POS Modifier Price Inflation
Modifier prices for Revel POS orders with a quantity greater than one are now calculated correctly and remain stable across POS syncs, preventing prices from inflating with each round-trip.
Cross-Sell Mapping Displaying Empty Selections
The cross-sell manual mapping screen now correctly displays valid mapped items even when previously mapped menu items have been deleted.
Store Switching Redirecting to Dashboard
Switching between stores in the admin panel now keeps you on the same page you were viewing, rather than always redirecting to the dashboard.
DoorDash Menu Push Errors During Onboarding
DoorDash errors that occur during normal store onboarding are now correctly recognised as expected and no longer trigger false failure alerts.
Windows-Style Timezone Names Causing Errors
POS integrations that send Windows-style timezone names are now correctly handled, preventing timezone errors from silently dropping timezone updates.
Access Evo Session Expiry Handling
An expired Access Evo session is now handled gracefully, prompting re-authentication rather than returning an error.

Auto-Conversion Rewards Program â Now Fully Configurable
You can now set up and manage an Auto-Conversion rewards program directly within the Rewards Hub. If your program is currently using a basic setup, you'll be guided through a simple step-by-step onboarding flow to choose your rewards structure â either Bankable Points or Auto-Conversion. With Auto-Conversion, you can select a reward, define the points threshold that triggers a conversion, and configure multiple conversion tiers in an easy-to-read table. Before anything saves, you'll have a chance to review and confirm your settings, and the app will prevent you from accidentally overwriting an existing configuration.
Updates & Fixes
Loyalty
Faster Load Times for Active Rewards Data
The Active Rewards table now loads your reward definitions and statistics at the same time, rather than waiting for everything to finish before showing anything. You'll see your rewards list appear right away, with stats like active balances, total redeemed, and redemption rate filling in as they load â no more staring at a loading screen.
More Reliable Data Loading on Unstable Connections
The Rewards Hub now automatically retries failed data requests before showing an error. This means users on slower or less reliable connections are less likely to see incomplete or missing information when the Rewards Hub first loads.
Removed "Average Dollar Spent" Column from Active Rewards Table
This metric was no longer being calculated by the system, so the column was removed to avoid confusion. Your Active Rewards table will no longer show this field.
Web Order Lookup Now Shows Order Source
The Web Order Lookup page now includes an Order Source field, allowing CSR users to see where a web order originated such as the Guest Website or a third-party integration. This gives your customer service team the context they need to better assist guests when researching order inquiries.
Messaging
Send Google Wallet Notifications via Campaign Center
You can now include a Google Wallet message when building a campaign in Campaign Center, allowing guests with a saved Google Wallet pass to receive a lock screen notification when a campaign runs. The message field supports up to 500 characters and is tied to the Push Google Wallet Balance toggle, ensuring notifications are always paired with a real pass update.
Mobile
Improved In-App navigation for Reset Password (NextGen App)
When a guest requests a password reset email in the app, they are now automatically brought back to the login screen once the request is submitted. This removes any uncertainty about whether the request went through, making the experience feel more natural and intuitive. Guests can proceed straight to their inbox to complete the reset without any confusion about what to do next.
Rate Limiting Notifications (NextGen App)
Guests who enter an incorrect password five times will now see a prompt encouraging them to reset their password before being locked out of their account. This gives guests a clear heads-up and an easy path forward, rather than being cut off without explanation. If a guest does get locked out, the app now shows a distinct message so they know their access has been temporarily limited.

Combo Pricing Retains Discounts After Item Modification
Combo pricing discounts now remain in place when you modify items within a combo in your cart. Previously, editing an item caused the discount to be removed and the combo to revert to the full price. This update ensures that percentage, dollar amount, and other combo-based discounts are preserved whenever you make changes to the contents of a combo.
Store-Level Menu Item Search
You can now search for specific items by name within the store-level EMM menu, similar to the search available in the Base Menu. Search results highlight or filter to the relevant categories containing the item, allowing you to quickly identify where an item appears across all store-level menu views.
Call Center Access for Store-Restricted PX Users
Store-restricted PX users with the call_center permission on assigned stores are now able to see the "Call Center" navigation link in the app. When accessing the Call Center page, these users only see restaurants to which they have access. Users without the call_center permission continue to be excluded from the Call Center navigation, regardless of their store access level.
Toast POS: Separate Dining Option for Marketplace Delivery Orders
Marketplace delivery orders (where DoorDash or Uber Eats drivers handle delivery) now use the provider-specific delivery dining option in Toast POS settings, if one is configured. When an order with handoff_fulfillment_type = marketplace_delivery is sent, Toast POS selects the delivery dining option for that provider. Marketplace pickup orders (handoff_fulfillment_type = guest_pickup) continue to use the takeout dining option. If a delivery dining option is not set, the order falls back to the takeout dining option.

Monetary values in sales statistics are now safely converted to numbers to prevent errors when calculating totals.
Enterprise Menu Sync: Duplicate Price Entry Prevention and Price Resolution Enhancements
Enterprise menu sync no longer creates duplicate price entries for the same size, and orders with Toast POS now correctly resolve and submit pricing details using valid GUID or multiLocationId fields to prevent submission failures.
DoorDash Onboarding: INTEGRATION_REQUESTED Status Handling
The onboarding flow now recognizes the INTEGRATION_REQUESTED status from DoorDash and advances appropriately.
DoorDash Menu Push: 'store not found' Error Handling
Menu push attempts returning store not found are now excluded from unexpected error reporting.
Combo Order Conversion Supports New Uber Eats Option ID Format
Combo items in Uber Eats orders are now processed correctly when the new option ID format is enabled.

You can now remove previously added credit cards directly from the OXB mobile checkout page.

Auto-Suspend Inactive Cards on Balance Check
Gift card programs can now be configured to automatically suspend a card if a balance check is performed on the Guest Website before the card has been activated. This adds a layer of fraud protection for merchants selling gift cards in bulk. If interested, please reach out to your Customer Success rep to enable the feature.
Mobile
Mobile Analytics (NextGen App)
The NextGen App can now capture real-time user engagement metrics, providing visibility into five key mobile interactions: screen navigation, dashboard carousel interactions, first open, app updates, and app uninstalls. This foundation enables future client-facing dashboards and business intelligence reporting.

Aloha SMS Enrollment Messages Now Merchant-Configurable
Merchants on Aloha POS can now customize the confirmation message guests see after successfully enrolling in SMS, giving brands more control over guest-facing messaging at the point of enrollment. A user program upgrade may be required across all stores to activate this change.
Connectivity Status Nav Link Visibility Now Reflects User Access
Users who do not have access to the Connectivity Status page will no longer see the link appear in the left navigation. Previously, the link was visible to some users who received an error upon clicking it. The nav now accurately reflects what each user can access.

Per-Tax Delivery Fee Taxability for Square POS
