Rewards Hub setup and permissions

Rewards Hub is your self-service platform for creating and managing your loyalty program. Here you'll learn how to get access to Rewards Hub and control what your team members can do.

Written by Sharon Quill

This article explains how to set up Rewards Hub for your organisation and control what your team members can do once they have access.

Before you begin

For Rewards Hub to appear in your Access menu, two conditions must be met.

  • Your organization must be provisioned for Rewards Hub.

  • Each user must be individually provisioned.

Make Rewards Hub visible to your organization

Confirm your organization is provisioned

Your organization must have an active Paytronix Rewards subscription and have completed the migration to Access Identity before Rewards Hub appears in the Access menu.

Provision individual users

Each user must be added to the Paytronix Rewards application subscription to see the Rewards Hub button in the Evo interface. Your organization's Evo Administrator can do this through the Evo user management interface.

To provision a user for Rewards Hub:

  • Click your name on the right-hand side of the screen, then click Members to open the Evo Members Module.

  • Search for the relevant member.

  • Click the three dots next to their name, then click Manage roles.

  • Select Administrator or User access for Rewards.

The access levels are:

  • Administrator: Gives full administrative access to Rewards Hub.

  • User: Gives standard user access to Rewards Hub.

  • No access: The user will not see the Rewards Hub button.

Control what users can do in Rewards Hub

Rewards Hub permissions are aligned with each user's permissions in the Paytronix system—review who has rights to create and manage wallets before enabling them in Rewards Hub.

To manage a user's Rewards Hub permissions:

  • Go to Products, then click Paytronix, then click Loyalty.

  • Enter user in the Search field in the upper left and then select Manage Other Users.

  • Click the pencil icon next to the user to edit.

  • Assign the appropriate permission group from the table below.

FAQs

What happens to existing users when Rewards Hub is enabled for my organization?

Existing users with the Wallet Manager Create New permission receive the Rewards Module Write super-set permission group, giving them the ability to create and edit both rewards and the core program.

Existing users with only the Wallet Manager permission receive the Rewards Module Read subset permission group, giving them the ability to view the Rewards Hub but not create or edit rewards. They can view whether individual rewards are included in the program by clicking the details dropdown on each reward in the Active Rewards table, but they won't see the full program catalog.

Who can provision users for Rewards Hub?

Your organization's Evo Administrator manages user provisioning through the Evo Members Module.

What if a user doesn't see the Rewards Hub button?

Check that both your organization and the individual user are provisioned. The user must have at least User-level access assigned in the Evo Members Module.
