Guests can check their gift card or loyalty account balance without logging in using a dedicated balance check page hosted on your Guest Website. To add this link to your website or share it with guests, you'll first need to locate your Guest Website URL in the PXS Merchant Portal and append a short path to generate the direct link. The steps are as follows:
Log into the PXS Merchant Portal
In the Search window, type "Guest" and click on Guest Website.
On the Manage Guest Website page click on Guest Website URL.
This will open your Guest Website. For example: https://mjfcafe.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/
Add "nologin/account-balance" to the end of the URL. For example: https://mjfcafe.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/nologin/account-balance
This is the URL to your check balance page that you can add to your website.
