Online Ordering
Round to nearest $0.05 for non-POS stores
Amounts displayed and charged in non-POS stores are now automatically rounded to the nearest $0.05. This applies to prices, totals, and invoices, aligning displayed amounts with standard rounding practices.
Show Preview Option Included in Copy Menu Sync Changes
When copying menu items using the Copy Menu Sync Changes feature, you now have the option to include the "Show a preview of this item before it becomes available" setting and its associated preview message. These preview configurations are copied to all selected locations along with the other menu details, ensuring consistent setup across your restaurants.
Guest Checkout Flow for Call Center Orders
Call Center orders now support a guest checkout flow for users without an existing account. You can enter only the customerās name, email, and phone number to place an order, bypassing the previous requirement to create a loyalty guest account or provide a password and birthday. This option is controlled by a merchant setting and applies to all call center orders once enabled.
Guest Count Included in Catering Order Confirmation Emails
Guest count is now automatically added to email confirmations for catering orders processed through Revel POS. This allows you to view the number of guests directly in the confirmation email without needing to log in to the backend or rely on custom fields.
Handoff Coupon Mapping for Toast POS
You can now map the 'Handoff' coupon type when syncing coupons with the Toast POS system. The 'Handoff' coupon appears as an option in the individual coupon mapping section under POS Settings, enabling you to configure and distinguish Marketplace provider discounts directly in your POS for all store locations, including those where this option was previously unavailable.
