Enrolling in Altria’s Loyalty Fund Allowance

  1. Login to the Altria website at AGDCNow.com. If you do not have an account or need assistance logging on, please contact Altria.

  2. Once logged in, under Tools & Resources drop down, select Digital.

  3. Under AGDC Retail APIs, click on the blue Consent Manager button.

  4. On the Loyalty Fund Allowances tile, select Assign API Access.

  5. Select Third-Party Service Provider.

  6. In the Search Companies field, search for Paytronix.

  7. Review the Terms and Conditions and at the bottom, toggle/check “I agree with the above”.

  8. Press Submit API Access.

Open a Support Case

Once you have granted Paytronix access to the Loyalty Fund Allowance API, open a support case with Paytronix with the following information:

  • Altria Account Number

  • Email(s) you would like to receive the Loyalty Fund details of the next cycle’s promotions

What to Expect Next

Once we receive your support case with the required information, here's what happens:

  1. Account Configuration: Typically takes 1-2 business days. We'll configure your account and set up email notifications for the Loyalty Fund Allowance promotions.

  2. Monthly Promotion Report: You'll begin receiving monthly emails detailing:

    • Available promotions for the upcoming cycle

    • Associated UPCs for each promotion

  3. First Report Timeline: Your first report will arrive at the beginning of the next Altria promotion cycle (typically the week of preceding the next Altria Promotion Cycle [last week of the month]).
