What is the 1-to-1 Nurturing Filter?

1-to-1 Nurturing is a new Paytronix Account Filter. Think of it as a way to optimize the date when we send a nurturing message to each guest.

Where is the 1-to-1 Nurturing filter located?

The account filter is available under the “AI to IA” section in the Account Filter conditions. This is available for anyone who can access campaign builder and account filters. No new permissions are required.

How do I configure the filter?

Navigate to Marketing Tools > Account Filter > Create New. (also see: How Do I Use the 1-to-1 Nurturing Account Filter?)

How many touchpoints are there along the nurturing flow?

There are nine touchpoints, total:

  • Three touchpoints for when the customer has zero visits

  • Three touchpoints for when they have one visit

  • Three touchpoints for when they have two visits

Do I have to create messaging for every touchpoint?

We recommend starting with the first message on each timeline. Once they are set up, clients can monitor their success and add more touchpoints over time.

Can this work alongside existing campaigns?

If there is already one or more Nurturing recurring campaigns running, you should pause those campaigns prior to configuring the 1-to-1 Nurturing series.
