Managing your egift images in the Paytronix system is self-service. For self-service egift image additions/subtractions or carousal changes at your convenience, you will need to have the following permissions on your account. If you do not have these permissions, please reach out to a user administrator at your organization for assistance.

To start, in the PXS Merchant, search for Web and it you should see the following:
Adding a New eGift Image
1. Select Web Sale Images.
2. To add a new image, click on “New Web Sale Image”.
3. Complete the following fields:
Label – Enter in a name that will make this image easily identifiable. Ie. Holiday Wrapped Box
Code – We recommend EG for egift and then a number. I.e. EG1
Image – Upload your new image. See the Frequently Asked Questions section at the bottom of this article on image requirements.
Description – This is what shows when someone hovers over the image online. I.e. Happy New Year 2023!
Begin Date Time / End Date Time – These dates control when an image will display or wlll be hidden on the site. IMPORTANT NOTE: The mobile branded app will ignore all start/end dates and will be available immediately in the app
Is Active – Check this box to make the image active to be on the egift site.
4. Click Submit.
5. If you need to swap out an image or make an image inactive, simply click the pencil icon in front of the image you need to modify and then make the appropriate changes.
Adding the New eGift Image to the Carousel
1. Search for Web again from Quick Find and select Web Sale Item Images. This page will display your egift images and the order they will appear in the carousel. Note: If you marked an image as “inactive” in Web Sale Items, it could whow on this page but it will not display on the egift site. Also, if an image is active but not in this Web Sale Item Image list, it too will not display on the site.
2. Click on New Web Sale Item Image.
3. Complete the following fields:
Web Sale Item – Select your main egift program typically called “Web eGift – eGift”. If you are not sure, you can review an existing web sale item image.
Image – Select the image you created in the above steps.
Place After – Select the image you want to place this new image after. If it should be first, select <beginning>. This field determines the egift image carousel order.
4. Click Submit. You should now be able to see your new image on your egift site.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is there a maximum number of images we can use for eGift?
You can can have up to 10 images display in your card image carousel on your eGift site.
2. What are the image image requirements?
The requirements for card mages are as follows:
Image artwork cannot exceed 1,000W x 1,000H pixel(s)
Must not be more than .25mb
File types can only be PNG, JPG, JPEG or GIF
