Overview
This article covers the steps required to access the mobile specific analytics page for checkins and downloads.
Before You Start
Ensure you have the proper permissions to view reporting. If you need permission, contact your User Admin to get the proper permissions added to your account.
This section is applicable to mobile app merchants. If you do not have a mobile app, this report will still render, however, will not have significant information.
Accessing Mobile Downloads and Checkins Dashboard
If you would like to access and review the count of mobile downloads and checkins, follow the steps below:
Login to the Paytronix Merchant Portal at http://www.pxsweb.com/merchant
In the Left Side bar, hover over Report Center and click on Analytics. Note, it may take some time for the Dashboards to load
After the Analytics page loads, in the right navigation, expand the Mobile section. You will find a dashboard called Mobile Checkins and Downloads
With a customizable time period (defaults to a 13 month), On this page you will find valuable information, including:
Total Downloads over the filtered time period
Total Checkins Confirmed Downloads over time, broken down by OS (iOS and Android)
Downloads by Enrollment by OS (iOS and Android) - Reverse enrollment vs Linked card
Check-ins by Top 10 Stores
Check-ins by All Stores
