Overview
Givex is one of the gift card providers we integrate with. To enable your Givex account for Online Ordering customers, simply follow the steps below.
How do I set up Givex?
Go to your Paytronix Order & Delivery backend. Navigate to Settings > Gift Cards
Click the checkbox to Enable Gift Cards
From the dropdown menu on the Gift Cards page, select Givex
Fill in the required fields (API URL, User ID, User Password) with your Givex account credentials.
Click Save Settings
Please note that either URL you will use (always should be dc-us1.givex.com or dc-us2.givex.com) will need to be formatted as follows to set the port through which we will send API calls through:
Your customers will now have the option to use GiveX gift cards at checkout!
