The first thing you will want to check if your online orders are not automatically printing is your Kitchen Printer settings. To view these:
1. Log in to your Revel admin system (RESTAURANT.revelup.com)

2. Click on the Settings icon in the main navigational bar:

3. This article is based on the updated portal view, where the option to switch to the Classic version has already been omitted.

4. On the left side, choose the "Kitchen View/Kitchen Print" assuming it is not selected

5. On the right pane, scroll down and locate "Kitchen View/Kitchen Print"

section and check the value of "Extra Item Printers" and "Kitchen print option" are selected
This is a multiple-selection field as such you need to press CTRL + Left mouse click to select all the necessary options.

6. Scroll down on the right pane once more and locate the "Dining Option Printers": collapse it and make sure "Online Ordering Printers" is selected if not.

7. Click in the "Online Ordering Printers" field and on the right pane select the printer you want orders to automatically print to:
Once selected, you will see it listed in the field:
8. Make sure to scroll to the top right to click "Save & Publish to POS." Once you do, you should see a Success message in green:
