HOW DO I INTERPRET THIS REPORT?
Summary |
Card Number is the first column in the report. This is followed by the card template (name) and the transaction date/time. Next comes the transaction type (for this report it will always be “Dormancy Fee”). This is then followed by the amount of the dormancy fee assessed to the Stored Value Wallet (the amount set up on the Dormancy Rule) and the Discount Fee amount. Then the Net Fee Amount. The store number and store name correspond to the enrollment store name and number. Last are the Enrollment Date and Account Status. |
Column Name | Definition |
Card Number | The card (or account) number - this is a unique identifier but could appear multiple times for different transactions. |
Card Template | The name of the card. Click here for more information on card templates. |
Transaction Date/Time | The date and time the transaction took place. |
Transaction Type | There are several Paytronix terms for different transactions, including Accrual/Redemption and Balance Inquiry. For a complete list, please click here. |
Stored Value Fee Amount | The Dormancy Fee Amount assessed to the Stored Value wallet. |
Discount Fee Amount | The Dormancy Fee amount assessed to the Discount Wallet. |
Net Fee Amount | The Stored Value Fee amount less the Discount Fee amount. |
Store Number | The Paytronix number for the store where the card was enrolled (activated). |
Store Name | The Paytronix name for the store where the card was enrolled (activated). |
Enrollment Date | Date the card was enrolled (activated). |
Account Status | Status of the account linked to the card. This can be ACTIVE, SUSPENDED or TERMINATED. Click here for more information. |
I LIKE IT, SO HOW DO I RUN THIS REPORT?
First enter the date range for which you’d like to run the report.
Quick Date: Here you can choose Yesterday, Today, the current month, or last month. If you have set up by your custom fiscal periods, you may also choose to run the report by fiscal period.
Manual Date Entry: Here you can type in your desired date range or find the day by clicking on the calendar icon to the right.
Check the “All” box if you would like to include all stores. You can also enter a specific store code to see one store or select a store group from the drop down box.
Select the desired card templates from the drop down menu or leave “All” selected.
Click Submit!
