Understanding the Paytronix Service Status Dashboard

The purpose of this article is to explain how to access the status hub dashboard and what the dashboard indicates.

Benefits of the Dashboard

The status dashboard provides essential visibility and communication tools for managing your Paytronix systems:

Real-Time Status Monitoring

Track the operational health of all Paytronix products from a single dashboard at hospitality-theaccessgroup.statushub.io:

  • Paytronix AMER

  • Paytronix EMEA

  • Paytronix Mobile

  • Paytronix Online Ordering

Proactive Communication

  • Receive immediate notifications during high-impact incidents or service disruptions

  • Get advance alerts for scheduled maintenance windows

  • Access timely updates on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and prevention measures

Centralized Information

  • View all current issues and historical events in one location

  • Maintain complete visibility into system performance and availability

What Incidents Appear on the Dashboard?

Paytronix posts Critical and High priority incidents to the status dashboard. Minor issues affecting individual clients or low-impact services are handled directly with affected customers.

Subscribe for Updates

Follow the steps below to create a user account to view the dashboard.

  1. Click Subscribe at the top right-hand side of the page.

  2. Select Email or Phone.

  3. Enter your email address or your cell phone number.

  4. Read the terms & services.

  5. Check "I accept terms & services".

  6. Click Next.

  7. Within Customizations select Selected service. The list of services will appear on the screen.

  8. Select each of the services you want to subscribe to:

    • Paytronix AMER

    • Paytronix EMEA

    • Paytronix Mobile

    • Paytronix Online Ordering

  9. Check the "Only send me the minimum number of notifications per incident (typically first and last)" box if you only want to get minimum number of notifications. Leave unticked to receive all notifications.

  10. Click Save.

  11. Click +Add another subscription method and subscribe to any other methods.

Unsubscribe from Updates

To unsubscribe from alerts, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Subscribe at the top right-hand side of the page.

  2. Click Forgot your link?

  3. Click Email or Phone Number.

  4. Enter your email address or cell phone number.

  5. Click Resend.

    • Email - In the email you receive click unsubscribe from these alerts, then click Email to unsubscribe.

    • Phone - Click the link you received in your text. On the page you are directed to, scroll down and click Unsubscribe. Under Unsubscribe Method, click Phone and you will be unsubscribed.

Navigate the Dashboard

To access the dashboard, follow the steps below:

  1. Select your time zone in the top right-hand of the screen. For example: GMT.

  2. You will see a status update indicated by up, affected and down.

  3. Notifications will be displayed.

    • Any planned maintenance events will be shown at the top of the dashboard.

    • To view more information, click on the event.

  4. A calendar indicating scheduled maintenance will be available to view.

    • Click the arrows to navigate to the next month.

    • If maintenance is scheduled a blue dot will appear on the specific date.

    • Click the blue dot to see the maintenance message.

  5. Next you will see the header service history.

  6. Click the best view option either list or calendar.

  7. Select a product(s) from the drop-down list filter services or leave this blank.

    • Paytronix AMER

    • Paytronix EMEA

    • Paytronix Mobile

    • Paytronix Online Ordering

Understanding Status Indicators

You will note the color coordinated dots:

  • 🟒Service is Up (Healthy) = The service is fully operational with all features functioning as designed and meeting performance expectations.

  • 🟑Service is Affected (Degraded) = The service or areas in the service are operational but experiencing performance issues that impact user experience without completely preventing core functionality.

  • πŸ”΄Service is Down (Down) = The service or areas in the service are completely unavailable or so severely impaired that users cannot perform essential functions.

Using List View

If you have selected list and a product name:

  • You will see the dots along with a triangle if there has been an issue on that given day.

  • Click Prev week or Next week to move the dates.

  • Click the triangle to see the message.

If you have selected list and no product:

  • You will see the option to toggle a slider.

  • Toggle the slider to show the affected products.

  • Untoggle to see all the products.

  • Click Prev week or Next week to move the dates.

  • Click the triangle to see the message.

Using Calendar View

If you have selected the calendar, you will see the issue outlined on the calendar:

  1. Click the message to see the full message.

  2. Click the arrows to move the view date.

  3. Click the box Month to change this to week or day view.

  4. Click the date to select a date from the calendar.

  5. In the calendar hover over the icon in the message to see what the incident related to.

  6. A triangle icon indicates an incident.

  7. A gear icon indicates maintenance.

Report an Incident

If you're experiencing an issue not shown on the dashboard, submit a case to Paytronix Support.
