Configuring Vantiv Express Gateway

This article provides information on connecting your Vantiv Express Gateway account to your Online Ordering account

Once you have a Vantiv Express Gateway account, you will need to log in and retrieve 3 pieces of information to connect it to your Paytronix online ordering account:

  • Acceptor ID/Merchant ID

  • Account ID

  • Account Token

Vantiv has made it pretty easy to gather this information. Simply log into the Vantiv Virtual Terminal Profile, and click the Profile button.

You should find all the information you need on this page. Once you locate it, plug it into your Payment Settings page (Settings > Order Payment). Click Submit at the bottom of the page and look to see if you get a Green Success or Red Error banner at the top of the page so you know if it is configured and working properly.
