Overview
On July 9, 2025, Paytronix will begin sending outbound network requests from a new set of public IP addresses. These are referred to as EGRESS IPs and are used when Paytronix systems connect to external services, such as for file transfers or API communication.
This update may require changes to your allowlists or firewall settings if you restrict inbound traffic by IP address.
What's Changing?
Currently, Paytronix uses a specific list of public IP addresses to send outbound requests. Starting on July 9, 2025, these requests will come from a new set of IPs. To ensure uninterrupted service, any systems that rely on IP allowlisting should be updated to include the new addresses. Do not delete existing / old IPs until further notice.
Who Needs to Take Action?
Most customers do not need to make any changes.
However, action is required if your organization:
Uses IP-based allowlists or firewall rules
Receives SFTP file transfers from Paytronix
Restricts API or webhook access to known IP addresses
In these cases, your team should update your allowlist to include the new EGRESS IPs before July 9, 2025.
