Why is Paytronix making this change?β―
We are making this change to better support our transactional email infrastructure. Mailgun provides enhanced deliverability insights that will allow us to share more meaningful email data with our customers over time.
Will my guests experience any disruption to their transactional emails?β―
We do not expect any disruption. If there is any impact, it would be minimal. Paytronix engineering will be actively monitoring email send after the switch.
Which emails are considered transactional emails?β―
Transactional emails include:
eGift order confirmation, fulfillment, and suspended notification emails.
Card sales and fulfillment emails.
Registration and account verification emails.
Password reset emails.
Auto-recharge emails (enable, disable, success, failure).
Reward/Redeem Yourself emails.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?β―
No action is required on your end.
When is this happening, and how long will it take?β―
The switchover occurred on April 20th, 2026, at 10 PM ET and was completed successfully.

Does this change affect my custom email domain?β―
If you use a custom domain for your transactional emails, you've already received separate communication about your migration to Mailgun. No custom domains were switched during this maintenance window.
