Cancelling a Scheduled or Recurring Campaign

If you would like to completely stop a campaign that is scheduled to run in the future - whether one-time or recurring - here are the steps to take:

Note: You cannot directly delete a paused campaign in the Paytronix UI. Campaigns can only be deleted when they're in Draft status. Paused campaigns that have already executed cannot be reverted to draft status, which means they cannot be deleted through the UI.

For scheduled campaigns, you can "Revert to Draft" up until 12 hours before the scheduled execution time. After that window closes, the campaign cannot be reverted to draft and must execute or be paused.

1. Login to the Paytronix Merchant Portal at www.pxsweb.com/merchant

2. Hover over Marketing Tools in the left sidebar and click on Campaign Center

3. Under Scheduled Campaigns, click on the campaign that you would like to cancel, then click Edit at the top right corner.

4. Click Revert to Draft and then Save.

5. . Navigate back to Campaign Center > Drafts tab. The campaign will remain in draft format until you reschedule and publish or delete (trash can).

6. To delete a Recurring Campaign, follow the process outlined above for Scheduled Campaigns. You can also Pause a recurring campaign which will remove the existing schedule.

Recurring campaigns with no next run date are paused. To resume, edit the campaign and republish.
