How do I calculate the estimated visit rate?

To estimate the visit rate, begin by determining the total count of different loyalty customers who visit during the campaign period/in a specified period. This can be found in the Campaign Summary Report as the metric: Unique Guests Visited. Learn more about the Campaign Report.

Next, identify the total number of members in your targeted audience. This metric is referred to as Eligible Population or Audience.

Finally, calculate the visit rate by using this formula: Visit Rate=Unique Guests/Target Population to divide the number of unique guests by the target population then multiply it by 100 to get the percentage.

For example, if you have 5,000 unique guests and your target population is 20,000, the calculation would be Visit Rate = (5,000/20,000) * 100 = 25%. This means that 25% of your targeted population has visited.
